Here's how it works:
1.
Select the appropriate language and plan.
2.
View the Plan screen to see all the days of the cycle.
Each day displays its status, whether it has been completed or not, the target muscles, and the day exercises.
3.
You may change the target muscles for the day you want in the Week screen.
You can choose up to three muscles per day, including one muscle of Chest, Back, Shoulders, and Legs, and two of Triceps, Biceps, Abs, and Calves.
You can also arrange the days of the week as you want, or choose one of the three suggestions we provide.
4.
Start your workout in the Workout screen.
The active day is displayed, and the first exercise is displayed.
5.
To perform the reps, view the animation and hints.
6.
When you have completed the reps (needed to finish the current set), press the rest button to start the countdown.
7.
When the rest time is over, both the set and the progress bar are updated automatically.
8.
When you finish the last exercise set, the exercise is updated automatically.
You can sort the daily exercises, and change the active exercise, and active set manually.
9.
To finish your workout, press the finish button which appears in the last set of the last exercise.
10.
Track your progress in the Progress screen.
You will see the plan name, the cycle number, the date of the last workout, the percentage of the cycle progress, the days left to finish the cycle, and the time of the previous exercise.

You may adjust the application settings in the More screen.
You can adjust the language, plan, cycle, active day, rest time, and vibration.
You can also manage the privacy settings and view other information related to the application.
