We provide QuiLegAl online (apkid: com.hipermidia.quilegal) in order to run this application in our online Android emulator.
Description:

Run this app named QuiLegAl using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
QuiLegAl is an application developed with the purpose of helping the teaching and learning of Natural Sciences, especially topics related to Chemistry.
It brings an interactive, playful and dynamic approach, seeking to contextualize and explore the following contents: chemical elements, bonds, substances and their representations, as well as an introduction to reactions and chemical equations addressed in Elementary, Middle and Higher Education.
CONTEXT
The construction of QuiLegAl was based on research in science teaching that point out problems in the teaching and learning of basic contents such as: chemical bonds, substances and their representations through different languages that integrate the macroscopic, symbolic and atomic level explored by Chemistry .
Without the shared guidance, it is observed that students build a mistaken view of Chemistry as a boring science and far from reality.
However, we believe that the use of different languages and resources, combined with the active participation of students provided by the application, can contribute to the improvement of the teaching and learning process, differentiating it from traditional classes.
Since we live in a new educational moment in which the student does not admit to being just a mere spectator.
POSSIBILITIES OF USE
QuiLegAl can be used to motivate students, as it presents a contextualized, dynamic and interactive approach involving content related to Chemistry, for which the teacher can propose its exploration before starting to explain one of the themes.
The application brings possibilities for investigation and representation of new substances, in view of the application of the language of Chemistry, considering the macroscopic, symbolic and atomic aspects involved.
It allows a review of the content, as it resumes some basic concepts and explores their applications through interactive activities that combine playful and pedagogical aspects through different languages.
It brings possibilities of representation and application of basic concepts in the teaching of Organic Chemistry explored in Secondary and/or Higher Education.
It can still be explored as a way to assess the knowledge presented by students when exploring different topics.
As it offers possibilities for the teacher to develop activities mediated by the application, as is the case with the Free Builder.
For the student, it is configured as a free learning object that can be easily explored, in different contexts, thanks to the mobility offered by different mobile devices, which the application can be installed.
HYPERMEDIA
In order to facilitate the understanding of the different contents presented, QuiLegAl brings a differentiated approach that integrates the use of different languages, using images, text, simulations, animations, interactive activities with ludic aspects that can stimulate the participation of those involved and create situations of learning for science teaching in elementary school.
The QuiLegAl home screen brings a general presentation of the application and the Teacher's Guide, when clicking EXPLORE the student is invited to identify himself (optional), then he is directed to the QuiLegAl Main Screen.
However, it is composed of a vertical menu with four options:
* QuiLegAl 01 - Chemical elements and chemical bonds.
* QuiLegAl 02 - Chemical substances and their representations.
* QuiLegAl 03 - Equations and chemical reactions: basic elements.
* QuiLegAl 04 - Free Builder.
We also point out that each of the four options brings descriptions of the contents and characteristics of the approach to be carried out, which favors the autonomy of the professor and the student when choosing which of the options they want to explore.
As well as the teacher can plan a teaching activity using QuiLegAl.
