The Earthbeat enables user friendly design of data collection protocols using the GPS and camera capabilities of the Android device (mobile phone) and simple menu based input of other information.
Data can be collected while on- or off-line, and are uploaded to a central server automatically once internet connection is available.
The web based database enables subsequent analysis of data and generation of reports.
The use of GPS to determine the location and of photos to document the situation enables for efficient validation of data and information collected.
The application uses a pre-downloaded topographic map of a conservation area with marked zones.
It has been developed by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in the framework of the Eco-Corridors Fund for the Caucasus (https: //www.ecfcaucasus.org) with the financial support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through KfW Development Bank

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Earthbeat AM V2. It only allows to test online Earthbeat AM V2 with apkid com.dreamtech.wwf. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Earthbeat AM V2 online.
