Use your senses to learn German articles der, die, das, nouns and plural forms with our multisensory GERMAGO-App.
Here are the main features we used to facilitate your learning:
Visual method:
Easy drawings will point you to the meaning of the nouns - no need for long explanations or translation.
Remember the article by noticing its color:
der, die, das, die (Plural)
Notice that the article die appears twice, as the red die (Singular) and the yellow die (Plural)! Understand the difference and youll understand the German grammar better!
Sensory method:
In German language the article always goes before the noun.
Drag and drop function is there to help you remember this by making you actively place the article in its right position.
Auditive method:
Focus on the voice you hear: is it a man, a woman, or a child? Every voice corresponds with a different article:
a man = der, a woman = die, a child = das
Pronunciation:
All three voices you hear in GERMAGO are native speakers of the German language.
Listen and repeat the words after them to learn the correct pronunciation.
Plural:
You want to memorize the plural forms of German nouns? No problem! Choose Plural lernen to master the plural forms and understand where the symbols and abbreviations in your dictionary come from!
Choice of words and categories:
You can use GERMAGO-App whether youre a beginner or have been learning German for a while.
Weve selected a variety of words and categories from levels A1, A2 and B1.
It will help you to prepare for tests and exams.
Levels:
You want to remember the words for a long time? Then they need to be stored in your long-term memory! Repeat them regularly using different levels in the app to sustain your focus and motivation.
Test:
Youre done learning? Measure your progress by taking a test, which you find on the bottom of the category screen.
Use the timer option if you want to challenge yourself even more!
