How does Self-Coaching work?
The first step is to enter input information, based on which the Self-Coaching program will propose a plan specially tailored to your individual needs.
After completing the entry questionnaire, record all data honestly (consumed food, drinks, physical activity, coping with psychological stimuli, weight change, etc.).
Self-coaching gives you simple feedback using three colors of traffic lights.
